We, like most organizations, need to continually improve our collaborative information and onboarding about this - but Board service is not the horror many assume it is (because they only hear of the exceptionally horrible experiences!). A few hours a month of virtual engagement, quarterly business, and responsible fiduciary oversight based on our governing articles is what is required.
