They are just asking for ~8 USD per hour of pay (yes! that low!) but Milei instead sends the police to gas them and shoot rubber bullets at them. This is not asking for more. They are asking to get the same purchasing power as in 2023, which was already low... For 2024, 2025 and 2026, university teachers have been living with equiv. 5.5 USD/hour in a country that is more expensive every day. (yes! Milei has inflation in USD) Milei's economics is based on destroying public services and public infrastructure by not paying the bills and generating public #debt It is a complete failure and, as in other places like #France, it can only end in a social catastrophe.
