1. I bought a quite expensive tool from your shop. 2. A little part breaks after a while and i need a spare one. Something that's worth less than 10 euro. 3. The vendor even has a SKU for it but you don't list it in your shop. 4. The only support you offer is a stupid ChatBot that can't deal with such situation. 5. A problem that could easily fixed by sourcing a 10 euro item becomes a nightmare. 6. I will never buy from your shop again.
