Hello. I would like to know what's a devroom. Did you wnat to do a conference?, or a workshop? Have you started it?
I am writing from FACiL, an organization at Quebec that promotes free software, because we are looking for people, workshops and other ressources (literally whatever) to make a DEI workshop in fr/en for our members and other people who want to join.
I mean, if it is possible, could you still do it? If not, could you share what you have done? Thanks

@simondev@jasette.facil.services @RosannaSibora@fosstodon.org @_elena@mastodon.social Think talks and workshops like this. @sfscon@mastodon.social seems to understand. 🫶 https://www.sfscon.it/workshops/the-future-is-also-female-ii/ And btw I find diversity focused activities the peak of cringe, but until we are more than 10% of a sector that we all depend on for our digital sovereignty, it remains necessary. Kudos to the @fsfe@mastodon.social for organizing this workshop.
