I think using cash only in your everyday life is a viable option in the US (i’m assuming that’s where OP is from). But i haven’t been there, so i can’t say for sure. The hardest part about escaping surveillance is the hardware/firmware telemetry that intel and other companies use. Librebooting and other practices solve it to some degree, but it is pretty limited in implementation on most devices.
