@sageanastasi no, it isn't. It's the gender pay gap where anyone who lists their gender as male or female are accounted for. If you make further subdivisions, ie, Asian, pacific islander, transwoman, transman, etc, you will find more "gaps". But the quality of the data gets less so has bigger error margins. But the umbrella gender division accounts for all those people.
