Okay, let's see if this arrangement works out.
Note: The windows are vertically offset because the wood tray fronts actually hide a bit of the thing.

Sometimes I forget at what scale I'm working. That's...a LOT of dessicant. 200cm3 per unit! 400 per tray, 1200 total. However, I have no idea what the density of normal dessicant silica gel (in sphere form) is. Any ideas?
