The JetPens Kanso A5 blotting paper seems to be the best for my use in notebooks. It's full A5 size so sticks out a little in notebooks, but it covers to the edge of the page and beyond. It's fairly thick and opaque. Only slightly thinner than the Herbin. The Sakae "A5" sheets are very thin and 5mm short of A5 in both directions. It fits better in notebooks, but doesn't get all the way to the edges so may need more care in placement. Also very thin so I doubt its absorption. (2/2)
