Somehow a #Subminimal #Nanofoamer Pro Gen2 ended up in my kitchen. With "somehow" meaning that thing was on sale and it was a really good price. Took a few tries to get used to, but it does excellent microfoam. Silky and glossy and it doesn't take much longer than using my steam wand. Really nice. The Latte Art I poured is a little different and slightly thicker. Pouring on top of a Caffe mocha behaved differently thanks to the sugar free cocoa in there. Still nice and the foam is still great, despite my mediocre pour ;) #espresso #latteart #coffee
