This isn’t liquid Indian ink. The dense black areas are done with a pen a tattoo artist turned me onto. It’s the “Sakura IDenti.pen”. It is oil based so not compatible with alcohol ink (like Copic) but it’s much darker and more matte than other pigment liners I’ve tested (although Uni Super Ink Marker is a very similar oil based black). I’m not sure if you can tell the difference on screen, but super satisfying in the original.

For day ten I hope to have an even blacker black! I will be using Black 4.0 from Culture Hustle. I was lucky enough to be given a sample bottle for testing by the Australian importer. I didn’t know what to use it for then. I do now. 😉
