Trump said he was going to sign an EO to pay #TSA workers. He could have done that at any time, directing #DHS to redirect money #ICE received last year to TSA. Instead, he chose to not pay TSA and send fully paid ICE employees to take their jobs. So what was he waiting for? The irony is, it pushed Senate GOP into passing a package funding DHS except ICE and parts of #CBP.
