@jasmine@chaosfem.tw I see this happen with neurodivergence a lot too, neurotypical people will tell each other to say "people with autism" when me and most autistic people I know prefer to just be called autistic cus like... that's what we are, there's no need to dance around that. "Person with autism" sounds to me like someone thinks of autism as like, an accessory, a thing you could remove from someone and still have the same person, and that's just not how I experience autism.
