I suspect he’s just itching to use nuclear weapons to be strong and stable and genius, being too stupid to understand why it’s is a bad idea. The rest of his executive are also bloodthirsty fascists and probably don’t actually have a problem sacrificing some “libs” or “commies” or whatever for their greater good apocalypic religious ravings.
