Well, I'm claiming it – hints of a purple aurora borealis in the skies north of Heidelberg this evening, at latitude 49.4ºN between ~20:20 & 20:50 CEST 🙂 👍 It was a strong geomagnetic event, caused by a coronal mass ejection a few days ago, so hopefully people further north will have captured much more.
