@erin@ottawa.place Pretty much. They just added a bunch of sections last week or something. I'm not really sure of the point. Ottawa drivers don't go as fast as Toronto, even when it's completely open.

@mariellequinton@ottawa.place the point is the increase the gap between 80km drivers and 20km over the speed limit drivers and cause more accidents thus helping the insurance and automotive industry. Atleast I assume that’s the reason.
