@kimlockhartga@beige.party You're right; almost everything has been reformulated to use the cheapest chemicals possible. Most ice cream isn't ice cream any more; it's congealed gelatinous confection. Pasta is made with garbage flour, not durum semolina. I make my own Bolognese sauce, and as many other things as I can. For things I have to buy, I'm VERY careful. But the prices are out of control...and I think they're going to get a lot worse soon.
