- environmental sustainability belongs throughout the doc (eg. in the "public good" section) not just relegated to its own section
- sustainability section properly calls for assessing the full environmental lifecycle of AI systems, but we should also be assessing their full ethical and economic lifecycles
- unclear why ethical framework is an appendix rather than integrated throughout the document
