@morgan Im trying to leave my phone in another room more often. It stays downstairs at night so my bedtime reading is undistracted. I quit X when it was Twitter, but can waste as much time now on Mastodon. Just like I think I can multitask, I think I can control my phone use when it's on my person, but I really can't.
