In real life these people may or may not maintain a façade of morality - but even that is crumbling. Inconvenient truth number 2: There a concerted efforts to infest every sphere of society with misinformation and destabilizing outrage. Some from geopolitical rivals, some from billionaires with delusions of grandeur. They seek to infiltrate every "safe space" and flood the zones.
