One of my biggest disappointments was always not seeing Rush live while Neil Peart was alive. I almost passed on this tour, but tickets for the second Cleveland show came down in price at the last moment and I realized that I'd never forgive myself if I didn't go. So after leaving work early and braving the downtown Cleveland traffic I actually managed to find on street parking and go see one of the best concerts that I've ever been to.
I thought the first set was amazing. They played two of my favorites, Dreamline and Bravado. Hell, they even played A Farewell to Kings. But after intermission we were treated to the Moving Pictures album in it's entirety plus the Overture and Grand Finale from 2112. This was an experience I'll never forget, and this band really brought it.
Plus, damn but this bike looks good in the city...
