just called my local Liberal MP to complain about bill c-22. i was less informed about the surveillance but i gave him a earful about how age verification is going to harm queer communities & make kids less safe.
staffer told me this was the first phone call they've gotten.
y'all pick up the phone!

@phillmv@hachyderm.io Good work! I've emailed my MP about C-22 (mandating companies turn your data over to police, and preserve it for a year), but I might call or write a physical letter re: Bill C-34 (age verification)
