@Tini@mastoart.social I don't think I'd enjoy drawing on black paper because it's ALL backwards. I want to start using brown craft paper so I get to use white pastel just for some highlights. It looks nice whenever I see it used that way.

@dan@tilde.zone Yes, I totally agree with you. Using black paper for drawing was a big mistake. It’s all part of a big learning process for me. I’d really rather keep trying on tinted paper. Drawing on the colored paper in my DIY sketchbook has been really fun so far. And I’ve been able to use different kinds of pens and colors, as well as add highlights with white.
