Kirsten Gillibrand spearheaded a bill to "limit the judicial enforceability" of NDAs related to sexual harassment and assault - the Speak Out Act (S. 4524). It passed the Senate unanimously in September. And it passed the US House last week, 315-109. Of those NO votes, 2 came from #PA - Perry and Joyce.
