@apple_dumplin@noauthority.social how do they make their bombe? I’ve heard of making whipped cream, adding sweetened condensed milk and freezing it to make ice cream.

@libertyordeath@noauthority.social So, those are interesting because it looks like there are a few different ways they make bombe. The strawberry/raspberry one is simple. >homemade Bavarian cream, sugar and the fruit. The chocolate is: Gelatin, water, milk, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, whipping cream Freeze Most of the bombes are this method 🤔
