  There's a section in this process (a medical intake form) about consenting to AI being used to transcribe things. There's a description of the system and why it's done... and then a line that says if I don't consent, I need to tell someone at my first appointment. No option to state my preference on this form at all. That's 100% a dark pattern to try to increase usage of a system people might otherwise opt out of, and triply disgusting in a medical context.
