Really damn good. It's cheating, but damn, compared to spending 8 hours and $50 making a great beef stock at home adding some tomato paste, Worcestershire, yeast extract, and gelatin to some store bought beef stock is an amazing upgrade. The broth on this beef stew traces the back of a spoon like a sauce.
