@Devils_Rancher@beige.party I've never been able to eat it unless it was battered and fried in hot lard (not oil, lard) and I have to eat it immediately, because it is not tolerable for long. If you don't use too much of it, you can hide it from me in gumbo, but that vegetable is a tricky one to keep palatable.
