@FredricT@mastodon.opportunis.me @Andres4NY@social.ridetrans.it @Brad_Rosenheim@climatejustice.social @Rhube@wandering.shop Nevertheless, the big problems with SpaceX and junk are in low earth orbit, not GEO or cis-Lunar AND WE WERE DISCUSSING A LUNAR IMPACT SPECIFICALLY. (SpaceX's depraved dumping of metals into the upper atmosphere by de-orbiting thousands of satellites and hundreds of upper stages is a real problem, as is the collision risk and light polution from Starlink, but so far not much has headed moon-wards.)
