@witchescauldron@kolektiva.social @everton137@social.vivaldi.net there is a choice to make here as a community. big vs small fedi. and it comes down to federation norms. while we must always moderate for direct harassment, we don't need to fediblock for even horrible posts when nobody is tagged. we'd stumble on more junk (like we do while browsing), but we'd also grow and provide a real alternative to big tech, lessening the impact of their algos on society. or we can remain a small but uninfluential space away from it all.
