@stib@aus.social In Sydney, I know of a great fabric place in Hurstville on Forest Road not far from the station. There's also a good store in Parramatta on Church St a few blocks north of the railway line.

@static@aus.social Rathdowne Fabrics in Brunswick is excellent. There are a few fabric shops on Sydney Rd, but they seem to specialise in polyester dress fabrics, so not for me.
