@Kyebr@hachyderm.io @gabrielesvelto@mas.to they may be just relays, We saw a lot of Russian propaganda coming into Mastodon and they were often coming from Finland IP addresses, and now from Hetzner datacenter servers ... If I were them, I'd use a Russian-hosted server relaying everything via servers in Germany France or Holland, yes, but still have the "core" of the operation hosted in my homeland ...
