@Veza85UE@eupolicy.social As i said: to answer these questions I need more context: What was said by whom in reply to which statement or question?
If I want a money quote like this, I would start by dissing their product and saying that the Ukraine drones are "the thing" in current military affairs and tanks are completely useless. Then, while defending, the other person says stupid things and "disses back".
I don't know how often journalists tried that one on me.
A CEO should not fall for such tricks anyway. But sometimes people do.
That's why I want to know the context. Was it an interview? Was it a side remark in a discussion about something else?

@masek@infosec.exchange I repeat: as far as I'm aware, and I'm happy to be corrected if there's proof of it somewhere, Rheinmetall itself does NOT accuse The Atlantic of wearing a short skirt to provoke Papperger into saying demeaning, sexist shit. Not sure why that was your reaction, that's something for you to explore. It's not unfathomable that men in positions of power not only think these things but say them out loud, they do it all the time. The Greeks coined the word "hubris" THOUSANDS of years ago.
